Refactoring Talk and Slides

I have posted my slides and code samples for my refactoring talk "A beginner's guide to refactoring". This is a very broad but shallow look at refactoring.
As I go along I will be adding more in-depth articles on refactoring mainly geared towards perl programmers. To start off I will be focusing on one of my favorite and what I consider the most accessible facets of refactoring self documenting code.
